We ship via UPS Ground. Tracking info is provided to you upon order fulfillment. You can find out the cost of shipping by putting the items into your shopping cart, fill in your name and address, and click "Apply" button next to shipping rate calculator.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APOs.
We do not accept foreign orders.

Return Policy: - Damaged Product
We strive to ensure your order is inspected and properly packed for shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately (by e-mail or phone). All returns must be authorized by us. Ship the order back to us and upon receipt, we will replace it. We will re-imburse you for reasonable shipping fees back to us (we use Priority Mail, UPS, Parcel Post) and send the replacement order at no additional expense to you. As some items are unique, if we can not send an exact replacement, we will notify you and issue either a store credit or refund.

Return Policy: - Unsatisfied
Please be cautious in your purchasing. Important: The returned item must be in sellable condition. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, contact us by phone or e-mail. All returns must be authorized by us. Ship the order back to us within 30 days from date of order. You will receive a full refund less shipping charges.

Note: Any items returned after 30 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returns are not accepted after 60 days.
